This allows us to ensure fast, efficient, and reliable order management for every customer.


Order Processing & Shipping

Order processing:
All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping:
Once processed, your order is shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and the carrier.
However, the maximum delivery time is 30 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with international consumer protection standards.

In most cases, delivery occurs well before this deadline — typically between 7 and 12 days.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use this number to track your package in real time and monitor its progress.
